VENUE CHANGE for SGM – Wednesday, September 28, 2022
The Special General Meeting to be held on September 28th, 2022 at 6:00 PM will be held at a new venue to accommodate everyone safely. The meeting will now be held at the Dave Dunnet Community Theatre, 2121 Cadboro Bay Rd, Victoria, BC V8R 5G4, part of Oak Bay High School. Doors will be open at 5:00 PM to register everyone in time for a 6:00 PM start.
Masks must be worn at this event.
Please note that an in-person meeting was necessary in order to meet the requirements set out by the requisitionists.
Thank you to all those who have already volunteered to assist with check-in, scrutineering, etc. We will be reaching out prior to the meeting to let you know where your help is needed.
